Skyland Realty's Flat Rate Listings program is a listing service that we as a licensed brokerage offer to “For Sale By Owners” to help them better market their home and get as much exposure as our Traditional listings. * It is estimated that more than 85% of potential buyers search for their homes on the Internet including MLS listings.*

For the one time Flat Rate Fee (no other hidden charges) we list your home on your local MLS for one year or until it sells and other top websites. We also make available the disclosures and paperwork you need that is easily downloaded from our website.

You will be listed as the contact and buyers and Realtors will contact you directly for all showings.You also will be in charge of any open houses, filling out your paperwork, negotiating your offers, closing your deal.

By unbundling our services and offering them as ala carte the homeowner can pick and choose which services they want while saving thousands in the process.

We offer several low priced Flat Rate package plans and some optional services that you may want to choose from. If you can't find a particular service in our optional services just ask us for a price quote.

How Do I Get Started?

Web Orders: You can get started by clicking on the link below. It will take you to the different Package Plans and Optional Services page. Once we receive all the completed forms we will have your home uploaded to the MLS within 48 business hours and then we will upload them to the various websites.

1. Choose the Flat Rate Package Plan that best suits your needs and budget.

2. After you have chosen your Plan you can click on the PayPal logo beside that Plan and it will direct you to the secure Paypal ordering site to order by credit card. (you do not have to be a member of paypal to order by credit card). You may also choose any optional services at this time if you wish.

3. After you have prepaid the Flat Rate Fee and any optional services fees, you will then be directed to the Listing Steps page. You will see the instructions and the Listing and disclosure forms that you need to download.

4. Please fill out the Listing Forms and disclosures completely and accurately and return to us by email, fax, or regular mail.

5. Once we receive all your completed information we will list your home on your local MLS and then on the other numerous websites, including Realtor.com, Truila.co,. Zillow.com, etc...

6. * For Premium Package Plans your sign and lockbox will be mailed in 48 business hours.
